John Cockerill (previous Hamon) selected and implemented OrchestratorBot. Sven van Montagu, IT Business partner saw the added value of OrchestratorBot when he was looking to onboard a new business unit quick and easy.
When Hamon acquired the activities of Esindus in Spain, some 30 new staff had to be trained in JD Edwards. Hamon instead opted to use OrchestratorBot to automate new employee onboarding and all related offboarding activities in JDE HR module including time entry, reducing the time to get staff up to speed, simplifying the data entry process and adding the necessary workflows and automations in place.”
This was the first use case of OrchestratorBot, in the meantime John Cockerill decided to implement OrchestratorBot for the following use cases succesfully:
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding apps, including Time Entry.
- Purchase Order Entry and Purchase Order Receipts apps.
- Salesforce to JDE integration status app.
